School & School announces registration for the Winter School 2025 with excursions for children and teenagers aged 4 to 16 years.
Scheduled start January 6, 2025. The number of places is limited!
DIFFERENT KIND OF SCHOOL
Thanks to a specially designed program based on multiple intelligences, students of our school have the opportunity to find their talent and passion for a certain discipline through fine, applied and technical sciences, which will make it easier for them to choose a future academic and professional career. Our goal is to observe, discover, develop and nurture talent in children, encouraging them to discover the source of their own inspiration and aspiration.
School & School winter school is a different place of EDUFUN (education + fun). It is a place where children have the opportunity to learn a second or third language in a completely new and fun way. Our Little school combined with art & design is a place where art is inspired by imagination, and learning, fun and working on projects go hand in hand.
At the RoboTech (robotics and programming) winter school, students have the opportunity to study 21st century disciplines in order to learn the basics of information technology, gaming development, programming and robotics with a focus on research, design, development, testing and performance through practical work at school, and later after winter school and at home.

BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE WINTER SCHOOL
For Robotech, Art & Design, Little School, Preschool Winter Academy and Roblox Winter Academy programs
Duration: I working week (5 working days), II working week (10 working days), III working week (15 working days) or IV working week (20 working days)
Fund hours: 40 hours of classes (40×60 min.)
Lessons: Monday – Friday
Reception of children: from 07:30 to 09:00
Classes take place: from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m
Check-out of children from school: from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m
Age: from 4 to 16 years,
Teaching groups: they are formed according to age and level of knowledge. It is possible to form mixed groups.
Maximum number of participants per group: 8 students
Minimum number of participants per group: 5 students
Language: teaching takes place simultaneously in B/H/S and English, depending on the average level of the entire teaching group.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE WINTER SCHOOL
Working with children includes a combination of outdoor activities (skating, sledding, snowballing, visits to the mountains around Sarajevo and visits to cultural institutions) and indoor activities (creative programs related to robotics and programming, film, art, edugaming, sports, literature/poetry, culture) all with a focus on the discipline that children are interested in. It is possible to attend the program for a minimum of 2 days.
ABOUT WINTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS
ROBOTECH WINTER CAMP PROGRAM (6-14)
In the lessons of the winter robotics & programming school, children have the opportunity to study the disciplines of the 21st century, to learn the basics of informatics, programming and robotics with a focus on research, design, production, testing and performance through practical work at school, but also at home if desired.
The goal of the lesson is to introduce children to the world of modern technology, to broaden their horizons, to point out challenges but opportunities, to explain technologies and trends that will be around us very soon. The program is tasked with teaching children to overcome challenges in science, computer science, engineering, the virtual world, 3D modeling and mathematics. To make them aware that they are the ones who can create a better future for the benefit of all humanity.
Our carefully designed program through work, with a small number of participants in groups, allows children to learn or expand their English vocabulary in the simplest way, through play and fun, and to understand certain engineering terms and techniques according to their age. Ultimately, our mission is to provide an affirming environment for children where they can discover, develop and be who they really are!

ART & DESIGN WINTER SCHOOL PROGRAM (6-14)
Our winter school of Art & Design is a place where art is inspired by imagination, and learning, fun, and working on projects go hand in hand. During the winter school, children will have the opportunity to discover some of the most imaginative and innovative ways to express their inner feelings and observations through artistic creation.
The Art & Design winter school is adapted to the children’s age, during which the participants get to know the basics; Fashion Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design. Illustrations, 3D Designs/Sculptures, Photos, Drawings.
Art & Design School program culminates on the last day, when students will be able to show what they have learned during the 5 days and 10 days of the winter school. Students will have the opportunity to share their creations with friends and family during the 30-minute final exhibition.

WINTER LITTLE SCHOOL PROGRAM (6-14)
School & School is a different school, a place of multidisciplinary education with a focus on discovering and developing multiple intelligences in children. A place where, in addition to a good articulation of free time through play, entertainment and cooking, children learn English, get to know the world of art & design, a unique opportunity to get to know and learn about the basics of modern programming and robotic engineering (development of logical and mathematical intelligence ).
Students will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the world of technology through play and fun through computer science, visual programming (MIT Scratch EDU) and robotic engineering, i.e. structural design with LEGO Technics and LEGO Education WeDo I Boost.

ROBLOX WINTER ACADEMY PROGRAM (7-11)
At the Roblox winter academy classes, children have the opportunity to study the disciplines of the 21st century, to learn the basics of programming with a focus on research, design, production, testing and performance through practical work at school, but also at home if desired.
The goal of the lesson is to introduce children to the world of modern technology, to broaden their horizons, to point out challenges but opportunities, to explain technologies and trends that will be around us very soon.
WHY ROBLOX?
Roblox Studio’s features are accessible to a variety of skill levels ranging from the beginner to the experienced developer. We will introduce Roblox Studio by making an obstacle course. Perfect for beginners, this series covers basics like using interfaces, moving objects, and testing games. We will learn the basics of coding by building playable objects such as traps or power-ups. Create an adventure game where players explore the world to find items to harvest and sell.

PRESCHOOL WINTER ACADEMY PROGRAM (4-6)
School & School Preschool Winter Academy will be a unique concept that will include a very small number of students with specialized programs. The goal of the Preschool Winter Academy program is to awaken in children the desire for constant learning, discovering the world and getting to know the other and the different. Through work in a small group, we will work on the development of emotional and social skills that enable quick and easy acceptance of changes and adaptation to different circumstances and phenomena.
The world we live in changes every day, therefore it is important for us to raise children who will accept the coming changes with great interest, be open to lifelong learning and know how to deal with different challenges.
The programs that will be represented in the Preschool Winter Academy are:

SKAKAVAC WINTER CAMP (10-16)
The Skakavac winter camp aims to provide students with not only a fun winter break, but also an opportunity to learn new skills, promote a healthy lifestyle and develop a lifelong love of activities that can benefit them in the future.
The theme of the first camp organized by School & School in Skakavac in cooperation with Yoga studio “Meru” is “Life in nature”. During five days and four nights, students will have the opportunity to acquire life skills, have great fun with competitive games, but also relax with yoga and mindfulness meditation, which is intended for children.
VISION – Our vision is to create an inspiring environment where children can grow, learn and develop on all levels of their being. We want our winter camp to become a symbol of transformation, where children discover their potential, strengthen their body, mind and spirit and develop a love for a healthy lifestyle and active participation in their community.
MISSION – Our mission is to provide children with not only a fun winter, but also an enriching experience that will help them become strong, balanced and aware individuals. Through the integration of activities such as physical exercise, meditation, art and team activities, we want to encourage the development of a complete personality in children. In cooperation with Yoga studio “Meru”, we aim to promote a holistic approach to health and well-being, encouraging emotional intelligence, self-confidence and social skills in children.
SKAKAVAC WINTER CAMP DATES:
- Date: from 13.01. until 17.01.2025 (Five days – Four nights)

SKI SCHOOL PROGRAM (6-16)
School & School, in cooperation with the “Snješko” ski school, announces enrollment in the Ski school program for students aged 6 to 16 years.
The planned start of the winter ski school is January 13, 2025.
SKI SCHOOL DATES:
- Date: from 13.01. until 17.01.2025
- Date: from 20.01. until 24.01.2025
BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT THE SKI SCHOOL:
Duration: 1 week (5 working days),
Fund hours: 40 hours of classes (40×60 min.)
Classes: Monday-Friday
Reception of children: from 07:30 a.m. to 08:15 a.m. (arrival and breakfast at School & School)
Departure to the mountain at 08:15 a.m.
Lessons take place: from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m
Departure to S&S at 14:00
Arrival at school by 3:00 p.m
Snack, lessons, play time and check-out of children from school: from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Age: from 6 to 16 years.
The team of the “Snješko” ski school consists of 10 licensed ski instructors, with a degree in sports and physical education. Participants are divided into teams according to age and level of knowledge. It is possible to form mixed groups.
SKI SCHOOL PRICE:
BASIC PACKAGE (8 students in a group):
- BEGINNERS – 500 KM
- ADVANCED – 550 KM
THE PRICE INCLUDES:
- Transportation in both directions
- Food and tea
- Ski pass Insurance
- Diploma
- Instruction with licensed ski instructors.
- Breakfast and snack (at S&S).
NOTE:
Equipment rental 12 KM per day (skis, boots and poles)
