DESIGNING & BUILDING SMART SOLUTIONS FOR THE FUTURE
Join the unique, innovative and interdisciplinary Innovation Lab program (designing and making smart solutions for the future) for children and teenagers. The number of places is limited!
An interdisciplinary program for children aged 10-14 created with the aim of introducing students to the world of innovation, electronics, mechanics, robotics, 3D printing, programming and design through creative teaching and final projects.
The program is tasked with teaching children to overcome challenges in science, computer science, engineering and mathematics. To make them aware that they are the ones who can create a better future for the benefit of all humanity.
We at School & School really believe in that!
During the school year, students will have the opportunity to learn about the world of modern innovations, technology, industrial design and automatic control in an interesting way. The focus is on creating and understanding the interconnectedness and impact of individual actions (learned) and the final result (project). During the school year, students will have the opportunity to learn about the world of modern technology and industrial design in an interesting way through:
– Robotic engineering (with a programmable logic controller known as Arduino, an open-source platform intended for the creation of simple and advanced interactive robotic projects in combination with LEGO Bricks construction).
Teaching takes place simultaneously in the mother tongue and in English. The percentage of lectures in English depends on the average level of knowledge of the entire teaching group. The course lasts 8.5 months (Sep – June) or 4.5 months (Feb – June). Winter vacation from January 1 to January 31. The weekly class is 1.5 hours (1 x 90 min), with a 5-7 minute break between classes.
