We present to you the Boston Next Academy study program. This is our third program visiting the city of Boston, Ma, USA and the best university campuses located in and around the city such as Harvard, MIT and Boston University. The program is of an educational nature, where our students will visit three campuses, where they will be able to experience in the true sense what it feels like to be a student of the most prestigious universities.

The program is of an educational nature, where our students will visit three campuses, namely Harvard, MIT, and Boston University, where they will be able to experience in the true sense what it feels like to be a student of the most prestigious universities. In addition to the visit, students will have the opportunity to spend time with existing students to find out what the path to the best university looks like.
The third part refers to the workshop “How to write a biography”, “How to write a motivation letter”, and practically how the registration and application process looks like. Finally, we will use the afternoon to explore and enjoy the beautiful city of Boston!

The program is intended for all those who “dream” of studying at a prestigious university.

PROGRAM FORMAT

Study trip (excursions+education),
Students who have a USA visa or passports of EU countries are exempt from visa costs!
The price includes the complete arrangement (transportation, costs of processing and issuing visas, accommodation, food, excursions, transfers from the airport and back),
Payment is monthly (installments),
The duration of the arrangement is 7 days (5 nights),
The group consists of 5-8 students (aged 14 – 18),
Accompaniment consists of 2 teachers, • The study trip will take place in Boston, Ma, (USA),
Accommodation is provided in a hotel in Boston (downtown)
Daily schedule: Breakfast, morning briefing & warming up, excursion, lunch, afternoon rest, education, dinner, evening out, socializing with social games, rest,
Mandatory orientation/meeting with students will be held 20-30 days before the trip itself, where the detailed plan and program of the study trip will be presented, and additional instructions and information will be given,
The application deadline is January 15, 2025,
The number of places is limited!
The process of applying for a US visa begins on February 5. The process is individual and takes time. The deadline for visa approval is min. 5 days to 30 days therefore it is extremely important that the process is started as early as possible. School & School will provide complete support in the US visa application process,
Documents for applying for a USA visa must be submitted by January 31, 2025.

Criteria for entering the USA and due to COVID-19, we will continuously monitor and inform you in a timely manner about all issued procedures and protocols for entering the USA,
Students who hold passports of EU countries are exempt from visa costs!

Working with children includes a combination of outdoor activities (visits to Boston’s most important landmarks) and indoor activities (study visits to Harvard, MIT, and Boston University campuses).

Breakfast (08:00 – 08:45),
Morning briefing & warming up (08:45 – 09:00 hours),
Excursions and study visits to Boston sights and university campuses (09:00 – 16:00),
Lunch (from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.)
Afternoon rest and free time (14:00 – 17:00)

Evening tour of the center of London (from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.),

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT PROGRAMS

PAYMENT INFORMATION BOSTON – NEXT ADACDEMY

In order for your application to be complete and to ensure your place on the course, you must check the availability of free places with the completed application. and submit a confirmation of payment of the seat reservation in the amount of 1,500.00 KM (until 15.01.2025), in person, photographed or scanned. The remaining part for existing participants of School & School, we have enabled monthly payment in 4 installments (February, March, April and May). Payment in installments is made until the 10th of the current month.

REFUND

Please note that this is a /step by step/ process that begins with applying for a USA visa and is also the most delicate and most important part of the process, after which we can be sure that we have overcome the obstacle that leads us to the next step, which is the purchase of tickets and reservations accommodation.
Unfortunately, School & School is not able to control the process of issuing a US visa, nor does the US Embassy guarantee its issuance, nor does it refund money in case of non-issuance of a visa.
If cancellation occurs before the visa application process itself, 100% of the paid amount will be returned. If there is a cancellation after the visa is issued, the amount will be returned minus the costs of applying and issuing the visa and 500 KM for administration costs.
If cancellation occurs after purchasing an airline ticket and booking accommodation, the amount will be refunded less the cost of the airline ticket and accommodation reservation + 500 KM for administration costs.
In case of cancellation 60 days before the actual trip, School & School reserves the right to the paid amount and does not return the paid amount.
