Given that we at School & School work every day to create a different education system aimed at discovering and developing children’s potentials/talents, the time has come to launch our third initiative that promotes study travel, stays, getting to know different cultures, and networking among our students. with the inhabitants of the world. Knowledge of oneself and one’s potential, quality education and knowledge of the world, according to our belief, is the greatest wealth and also the most significant investment in a person’s life. After such a positive life experience, the child will never want less in life, but more!

DIFFERENT KIND OF SUMMER SCHOOL

The summer school in London will be an ideal opportunity for School & School students to experience a wider perspective of the world, as well as themselves in it. One of the most important positive psychological forces that lead a person through a fulfilled and self-actualized life is the “Idea of oneself”, and in order for it to be an integral part of a child’s character, it is necessary to know the world and find one’s place, role and purpose in it.

PROGRAM FORMAT

Study trip/summer school (excursions+education),

The price of the arrangement is 4600 KM,
The price includes the complete arrangement (transportation, costs of processing and issuing visas, accommodation, food, excursions, transfers from the airport and back).
The duration of the arrangement is 8 days,
The group consists of 14 students (aged 11 – 18),
Accompaniment consists of 3 teachers,
The study trip/Summer school will take place in London (UK),
The third and sixth days are planned to visit Oxford and Cambridge (University campuses),
Accommodation is provided in a hotel in the center of London,
Daily schedule: Breakfast, morning briefing & warming up, excursion, lunch, afternoon rest, education, dinner, evening out, socializing with social games, rest.
Mandatory orientation/meeting with students will be held 20 days before the actual trip, where the detailed plan and program of the study trip will be presented, and additional instructions and information will be given.
The number of places is limited!
The application process for a UK visa begins on February 1. The process is individual and takes time. The deadline for visa approval is min. 15 days to 3 months, therefore it is extremely important to start the process as early as possible. School & School will provide complete support in the UK visa application process.
The application deadline is November 30, 2023.
Submit documents for applying for a UK visa by January 31, 2024.

Note:

We will continuously monitor the criteria for entering the UK and inform you in a timely manner about all issued procedures and protocols for entering the UK.
Students who hold passports of EU countries are exempt from visa costs!

LONDON SUMMER SCHOOL

Working with children includes a combination of outdoor activities (visits to the most important sights of London, Oxford and Cambridge) and indoor activities (afternoon educational workshops 17:00 – 19:00).

Morning program to be held during “School & School London Summer School”:

Breakfast (08:00 – 08:45)
Morning briefing & warming up (08:45 – 09:00 hours),
Excursions and study visits to the sights of London (09:00 – 13:00)
Lunch (from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.),
Afternoon rest and free time (14:00 – 17:00)

Afternoon Edu-Fan programs to be held during “School & School London Summer School”:

“Discovering You” 60 min (from 5:00 p.m. to 5:50 p.m.),
“My Journey to London” 60 min (from 18:00 to 19:00),
Dinner (19:00 – 20:00)
Evening tour of the center of London (from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.),
Rest (from 10:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.),

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT LONDON SUMMER PROGRAMS

SCHOOL & SCHOOL LONDON SUMMER SCHOOL PAYMENT INFORMATION
In order for your application to be complete and to ensure your place at “SCHOOL & SCHOOL LONDON SUMMER SCHOOL 2024”, you must check the availability of free places with the completed application. and submit a confirmation of seat reservation payment in the amount of 1,000.00 KM (from 01.01.2024 to 01.15.2024), in person, photographed or scanned.

The remaining part for existing participants of School & School, we have enabled monthly payment in 5 meals (February, March, April, May, June). (Payment in installments is made until the 10th of the current month).

REFUND

Please note that this is a /step by step/ process that begins with applying for a UK visa and is also the most delicate and important part of the process, after which we can be sure that we have overcome the obstacle that leads us to the next step, which is the purchase of tickets and reservations accommodation.
Unfortunately, School & School is not able to control the process of granting a UK visa, nor does the UK Embassy guarantee its issuance, nor does it refund money in case of non-issuance of a visa. o If cancellation occurs before the visa application process itself, 100% of the paid amount will be returned.
If there is a cancellation after the visa is issued, the amount will be returned minus the costs of applying and issuing the visa and 500 KM for administration costs.
If cancellation occurs after purchasing an airline ticket and booking accommodation, the amount will be refunded less the cost of the airline ticket and accommodation reservation + 500 KM for administration costs. o In case of cancellation 60 days before the actual trip, School & School reserves the right to the paid amount and does not return the paid amount.
